JanuariSyfte:Syftet med detta arbete är att med hjälp av Leader-member exchange theory undersökautbytesrelationerna mellan resurskonsulter och deras närmaste ledare på kundföretaget samtvilka ledarbeteenden som används för att leda inhyrd arbetskraft och hur de påverkarrelationerna.Metod:Denna uppsats har ett positivistiskt förhållningssätt och det används en hypotetiskdeduktivmetod som innebär att hypoteser deduceras från teori och sedan prövas mot empiri.En kvantitativ ansats används genom att samla in empiri genom webbenkäter som skickades uttill 148 respondenter.Resultat & slutsats:Undersökningen visade att stödjande ledarskap och leda som förebildhade störst påverkan på utbytesrelationerna. De ledarbeteenden som användes i störstutsträckning var berättigande och erkännande. Utveckling och visionerande användes allraminst. De flesta utbytesrelationer var höga.Förslag till fortsatt forskning:Flera förslag till fortsatt forskning presenteras men vi finner attundersöka både ledare, ordinarie och inhyrd personal för att jämföra hur ledarskapet se ut ochfå en bredare bild är främsta intresset.Uppsatsens bidrag:Denna uppsats har bidragit med en insyn i hur ledare leder inhyrd personaloch hur detta ledarskap ser ut i form av ledarbeteenden och utbytesrelationer.Nyckelord:Ledarskap, inhyrd personal, utbytesrelation, Leader-member exchange theory,ledarbeteende, transformativt och transaktionellt ledarskap..

LMX is used when studying the relationship between a manager and an employee. Other theories used in this thesis are for example the Social exchange theory and one-on-one-coaching.MethodThe methods used in this thesis are semi-structured interviews, observations and recordings of coaching sessions.
Leader-Member Exchange och relationsaspekters betydelse ur säljmedarbetres perspektiv
Ledarskapsteorin Leader-member exchange (LMX) menar att en hög kvalité i relationen mellan ledare och medarbetare är viktig för olika organisatoriska utfall. Då forskning inte fokuserat på vilka relationsaspekter som medarbetare värderar som viktiga inom specifika branscher, är denna studie ett avstamp till området. Syftet med undersökningen var att ta reda på vilka relationsaspekter som säljmedarbetare värderar som viktiga i relationen till sin närmsta chef, om värderingen av dessa relationsaspekter har ett samband med medarbetares upplevelse av den befintliga relationen till sin närmsta chef och om relationsaspekterna värderas olika beroende på den befintliga kvalitén i relationen. En enkätstudie genomfördes där LMX samt relationsaspekter behandlades. Deltagarna bestod av 70 säljmedarbetare på ett globalt företag i Mellansverige.

Motiverande faktorer i det dagliga arbetet hos undersköterskor
AbstractThe aim of the present study was to investigate what kind of factors contributed to motivate a group of nurses at a nursing home in western Sweden to to perform their work. Furthermore, the authors wanted to investigate whether the staff nurses felt that the leader helped to increase or reduce the perceived motivation to perform such work, and the way in which staff nurses perceived their relationship to the leader. The study is based on Herzberg's (1959) two-factor theory, Hackman and Oldham's (1980) work designs theory and Leader-member exchange (LMX) theory, and those theories are the basis of the study's structure. The study was of a qualitative property, interviews were conducted with seven nurses and was structured, the questions concerned their subjective experience of motivating factors in their everyday work. The results of this study demonstrated that respondents experienced confirmation, the meaningfulness of the work, work colleagues, beneficiaries of care and residents' families as contributing factors to motivate them in their daily work.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze how employees perceive their leader / manager. How the leader / manager perceives himself in relation to employees and what differences exist.Research Method: The information was made through a qualitative approach. The study includes interviews with semi-structured questions and a subjective selection. The authors interviewed seven respondents from a service company. Based on the information the authors have attempted to draw parallels between the leader?s behaviour and theories involving different leadership styles and see how the employees perceive the leader.Conclusions: The employees and the leader have the same ideas about what is a good leadership.

The aim of this paper is to study and outline the factors governing political leadership at the party leader level, and to conclude to what extent a party leader rules and to what extent the party leadership is contextually determined. The theories used are based on Elgie's interactionistic study of political leadership and Stewart's organisational model of leadership as well as political culture.Thus, the questions raised are if the leader leads or if the leader follows; if the leadership environment is formed by the leader or if it is, merely, implemented on the leader; and what a model of the political leadership consist of? To answer these questions a text analysis comparing Sahlin?s speeches to the party?s political programme is used as well as in-depth interviews with members of the Board of Party.The conclusion shows that the leadership is contextually framed, but the leader is free to implement his or her ambitions within that frame as long as it is coherent to the party line..

In this study we examined co-workers experiences of having a previous colleague as their leader, which is relatively common. We made qualitative interviews with six social welfare administrators who had been through this situation at work. The questions had been concentrated at how they were affected by the previous relationship, what expectations they had, and their view of how the business had been handled by their leader. The result of these interviews has then been connected to two leadership theories. The conclusion of the study was that the experience of the situation differs.

En kvalitativ studie om svenska städers förväntningar och agerande i nätverket Eurotowns
Some researchers claim that we are witnessing the advancement of becoming a network society, and in spite of the different problems associated with the network form of organization, many cities still choose to engage in different types of networks. On account of that the aim of the study is to examine which expectations Swedish member cities of the network Eurotowns might have, and if their actions in the initial period of engagement in Eurotowns mainly could be explained by ?Logic of Consequentiality? or ?Logic of Appropriateness?.A qualitative research method was used and a major part of the empirical material consists of the information given by the interviewees.Regarding the expectations Swedish member cities have on Eurotowns, the result showed that five main areas could be identified mutual resource exchange, activities, breadth, security and meeting place. The results also showed that the actions of Swedish member cities may vary between ?Logic of Consequentiality?, ?Logic of Appropriateness? or a combination of the both logics.Furthermore the study also provides empirical evidence supporting the previously theoretical criticism expressed regarding the central assumption that the strategic actions of an actor can be regarded as a direct consequence of the mutual resource dependency..

Utveckling av webbaserad Outlookklient kopplad mot Exchangeserver
Ett nystartat företag ville skapa en hemsida som såg ut och fungerade som Outlook. Denna sida skulle senare kunna kopplas till Exchange eller något liknande e-postserverprogram. Under arbetets gång så installerades en labbserver med Exchange. När servern var färdig så skulle det gå att koppla upp företaget Teleriks webmaillösning för att sedan kolla om den klarar av Exchange. Målet var att en sida liknande Outlook, till utseende samt funktion, skulle skapas. Denna sida skulle sedan kopplas ihop med en fungerande Exchange server.
